Session 2: July 11-July 15   Funny Fairytales
During this session students will discover and play in the worlds of their favorite fairytales, become their favorite characters, and even create their own.

All about STUDIO ONE:  Ages 6 - 8

What if Little Red Riding Hood visited Rapunzel? What happens when the elephants are in charge of the zoo? Where will a magical spaceship take you? Students will discover these and more in Studio One. Each week-long session will focus on a theme and use books, crafts, and theatre games focusing on imagination, character creation, expression and individuality. At the end of each week we welcome parents to join us for a sharing session for friends and family!

Session 1: June 27-July 1   Silly Seuss
In this session students will dive headfirst into the fantastical world created by Dr. Seuss! Students will have the opportunity to visit the land of the Lorax, meet some Sneeches, and who knows what else! Oh, the places you’ll go in this class!

Session 2: July 11-July 15   Twisted Tales
Everyone has their favorite stories, but what happens when you mix them up? In this class students will experience what it’s like when you bring your own creativity to well-known characters and stories.

Session 3: July 18-July 22   The Magic Schoolbus (or spaceship, or train!)
Just as the students in Ms. Frizzle’s class never know what to expect, students in this session will have new adventures waiting for them each day! Whether they’re hopping on a magic bicycle that flies to the moon, or a train that takes them to the bottom of the ocean, they’ll explore new and exciting places.

Session 4: July 25-July 29   It’s a Zoo!
Lions! And tigers! And bears! Not to mention elephants, birds, and some animals we’ve yet to meet. In this session students will learn about creating characters, movements and voice by becoming someone else’s paws.
