At Snapology, we believe that academic enrichment, social development, and FUN can happen simultaneously. We do this by guiding children ages 5+ through purposely designed activities using LEGO® bricks, K’Nex, tablets, computers, and other favorite toys. Each of our programs is designed to provide your child with a fun, creative learning experience that will strengthen their love of engineering.
After School Classes starting in early November in Acton, Carlisle, Westford, and North Chelmsford include:
- RoboPets (Age 5-7): Your builder will begin their exploration into the world of robotics by building simple, animal-inspired machines that are controlled by icon-based program codes.
- Mega Machines (Age 7-12): Your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building some pretty spectacular vehicles with their classmates!
- KinderBots Robotics (Age 5-7): Your little engineer will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build simple models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design.
- Discovering Dinosaurs (Age 5-7): Students will identify basic body parts, habitats, and diets of some of their favorite dinosaurs, all while practicing counting and colors, and having fun!
- AttackBot Robotics (Age 7-10): Students will build a variety of military-inspired robots that will respond to their programmed commands
- SuperStructures (Age 5-7): Create and build the future in Snapology's new and exciting architecture-focused class.
February and April school vacation programs in Acton, Westford, and North Chelmsford include:
- Mining & Building - EPIC (Age 6-12): Minecraft fans will be challenged to craft and create as they never have before!
- GameBots Robotics & Amusement Park Engineering (Age 6-12): Your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while playing some really awesome games with and against their classmates! Learn how to use LEGO® bricks and other building materials to make roller coasters and other awesome rides.
- Amusement Park Adventures Engineering (Age 6-12): Design your own amusement park in this super fun program! Learn how to use LEGO® bricks and other building materials to make coasters and other awesome rides.
- Animation Studio (Age 6-12): Participants will work with one or two other people to use their Brick City creations to design a stop-motion film, complete with sound effects, titles, and credits.
- Robot Sport Challenge (Age 6-12): Students will build and program robots to compete in sports- themed challenges! Your child will expand their engineering skills by designing and experimenting with robotic attachments and refine their computer programming abilities by creating program codes that make their bots run races, play hockey, and so much more.
