Let’s face it. The holiday season is busy. These no bake protein bites will give you the energy you need during this crazy time of year!
What you need:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops of your favorite chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then use your hands to roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and put in freezer for at least two hours to chill.
Take them out and make them look a little pretty by arranging them in a festive tin. Then enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
