Goldfish Swim School, a state of the art aquatic facilities dedicated entirely to year-round indoor swim classes and programs for children 4 months and up, is coming to B Street in Burlington this Spring! The new swim school will offer swim lessons to children of all ages and varying stages from introductory parent-tot programs to beginning swimmer lessons to advanced pro-level lessons.
Goldfish Swim School – Burlington features will include:
- Heated indoor swimming pool kept at 90 degrees. Air temperature kept at 92 degrees, providing swimmers with a shiver-free swim lesson experience. (Under construction now!)
- Small class sizes so kids receive the personalized attention they need. (Max 4:1 student to teacher ratio)
- Recreational swim team for those swimmers who want to prepare for the next stages of competitive swimming.
- State-of-the-art pool water purification system, guaranteeing a clean, safe environment for learning swimmers.
Goldfish Swim School – Burlington will include a viewing gallery for parents to watch lessons and a tropical décor. In addition to swim lessons, the program will offer open swim times for families, Saturday birthday parties, a snack shack and a treasure island retail shop. The new swim school will utilize unique and educational teaching equipment, will employ an experienced staff of ELLIS-certified swim instructors and is a proud member of the United States Swim School Association.
Goldfish Swim School – Burlington owners, Sarah and Peter Kepic, along with their two boys Max and Owen, hope you will find this learn-to-swim facility as rewarding as it has been for their family.
To give you some history, their very dear friends, Chris and Jenny McCuiston, founded Goldfish Swim School on March 20, 2006 in Birmingham, MI. Jenny - who was a collegiate swimmer and Olympic Trial qualifier - recognized a great need and demand for quality swim instruction. They opened Goldfish Swim School with more than 500 students and currently have more than 2,500 kids swimming a week! The proven, confidence-building curriculum that Jenny developed herself offers top-quality swim lessons coupled with an experience you can't get anywhere else. Goldfish Swim School wants your kids to feel safe in the water and have a smile on their face!
The Kepic’s son, Max, started in the Goldfish Mini Class designed for children 4 months to 35 months when he was just 6 months old. Last summer, at 7 years old, he competed in their summer league A Finals Meet and finished 4th overall for the 25 meter butterfly… learning everything from his time at Goldfish Swim School! Their younger son, Owen, is currently enrolled in the Goldfish Program as a Glider Plus and looks forward to his class every Monday after school. They love Goldfish Swim School so much that they wanted to bring the Golden Experience to Massachusetts, opening their first Boston-area location in Needham in 2015.
