February school vacation is coming up quickly! Here's a sponsored list of local February vacation camps, programs and drop-in activities. The organizations below will also be part of our Summer Camp & Kids Activities Fair and Guide.

Get the most out of your winter vacation week at Camp Wabasso! Spend two days downhill skiing or snowboarding and an evening of tubing at a local ski resort with other teens. Back at camp, enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hanging out by the campfire and other activities. All lodging, equipment rentals, lessons, food and transportation from Waltham are included. Drop-off event.

Get outdoors at Camp Kaleidoscope. Come to Camp Cedar Hill and sample summer camp activities (except swimming). Play games in the field, make crafts, and try cool science experiments. The camp day will run from 9 AM-4 PM, with drop-off from 8-9 AM and pick-up from 4-5 PM. Pizza lunch and snacks included. Drop-off event. Patch included.

Littleton Parks, Recreation, and Community Education is once again offering our popular “February School Vacation Program” for children in grades K-6. A different field trip is planned for each day- New England Aquarium, LaserCraze, Ice Skating & Chunky’s Movie Theater, CoCo Key Water Park. Sign up for individual days, or sign up for all 4 days and receive a 10% discount! Program hours are 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Tuesday 2/20 – Friday 2/23. Morning and Afternoon care is available for an additional fee. Drop off and pick up is at the Littleton Town Offices, Parks & Rec Dept, 33 Shattuck Street. Middlesex Community College College for Kids
Young artists will embrace their imagination using traditional and nontraditional techniques to create two captivating & unique acrylic painting on canvas. Focus on composition, color mixing and perspective will be encouraged. In day one, students will bring in small items from home as inspiration for a still life painting full of personal symbolism. In day two, learners will expand their painting knowledge to create a beautiful and expressive winter wonderland painting. Engaging movement breaks and games will break up the day. One on one teacher support and peer collaborations create an enriching atmosphere.. At Bedford Campus.

Empow Studios
Empow Studios brings technology, arts, and play together to help young learners discover and build on their creative talents. Empow's Tech & Design Camp is the one camp to rule them all: Video Game Design, Robotics, Animation, 3D Modeling & Printing, DJing, and other exciting projects are all fair game. Whether it’s building a working guitar made of LEGO MINDSTORMS, designing an action-packed video game to challenge friends with, or creating an animated mini-movie, the options are limitless and the learning doesn’t stop! We teach the nuts & bolts behind these subjects, and campers use their imagination to make their project come alive. February vacation camps will take place in Lexington, Brookline, and Newton.

The Thoreau Club
Camp S'More vacation week at The Thoreau Club provide the perfect option for kids on February school vacation to enjoy a fun and safe week filled with adventure. Our activities are designed to ensure children will make friends and be active. In addition to playing tennis and swimming at The Thoreau Club, we will journey outside to explore and take part in age-appropriate, outdoor activities. Beat the winter blues and prevent cabin fever!
