February 28, 2019

On Saturday, March 23, the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston invites your family to their 3rd Give Kids a Smile Day.  Tufts will be opening its doors to parents and children ages 0-13 for FREE dental screenings, preventive and/or restorative services for the children, educational activities, face painting, toothbrushes and more!

Give Kids a Smile Day is a national initiative created in 2003 by the American Dental Association to promote pediatric oral health in underserved communities. Under this program, dental schools across the country organize a day which aims to benefit hundreds of young children who lack proper dental care. Every child will receive free dental supplies including toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss. In addition, educational printed material will be distributed.

Does your child need dental services, a screening, or child-friendly activities to help teach them about keeping a healthy mouth and body?  All children and parents are welcome to attend Give Kids a Smile Day to learn more about the importance and practice of good dental care.
