Fun Online Resources to Keep the Kids Moving

Kids are filled with energy!  Here are a variety of resources and ideas that will get the kids moving, dancing, exercising and playing, which will help with stress relief, increased focus during at-home study, and better sleep -- plus, more time to get your own work done!

Hopscotch instructions on YouTube.  My friends and I played hopscotch for hours every day when I was a kid.  Introduce this great outside activity to your kids!  You can even play it in the garage on a rainy day, or use painters tape to create a hopscotch grid indoors on carpet or wood floors.
