Are you looking for classical ballet training for your child age 3 and up? The Acton School of Ballet provides the highest level of classical ballet training in a fun, educational, and collaborative setting with stellar faculty and a focused approach to training. They strive to foster creativity, inspire confidence, and encourage students to be persistent inside and outside of the studio. The Acton School of Ballet is the only school in the area that provides ballet classes for beginners of all ages through Pre-Professional.

Ballet benefits children and adults by building coordination, musicality, rhythm, and artistry. Acton School of Ballet's Lower School Program is designed for students ages 3 through 3rd grade and no experience is required. Classes meet once a week and progress through a yearly syllabus program where focus is placed on proper alignment, creative movement, and learning terminology. The Upper School Program is for students in 4th grade and up, and a placement class is required for this program. Students in the Upper School meet several times per week and build upon a solid foundation of classical technique. Students in Kindergarten and up perform in the annual end of the year performance of a classical ballet. The Teen/Adult Program is open to beginners of all ages ~ it is never too late to start learning ballet!

Classes begin on September 9, 2024, and the school year is divided into two 17-week terms (Fall/Spring).
