When most people think of Teamworks, they think of a place where they can come play sports during the cold, winter months. But those people familiar with our Summer Camp know that Teamworks also has a lot to offer during the Summer too! Each summer, our camp staff works to provide quality Summer Camp programming for campers between the ages of 4 and 16. While we do offer programs in a variety of different sports such as flag football, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer, we also have camps for children who are interested in teambuilding, theater, super heroes, cards, and princesses. This variety ensures that there is something to interest each camper who walks through our doors.
Teamworks spans over 8 acres of land and has both indoor and outdoor venues making it perfect for rain or shine! Indoors you will find 3 large turf fields, 1 smaller turf field, and an air conditioned café and party room area. Outdoors we have a climbing tower, gaga pit, teambuilding elements, parkour course, large turf field, basketball court, and heated pool. Campers will utilize both indoor and outdoor venues throughout the day and every full day camper will have an opportunity to swim in our pool.
Our staff is made up of energetic and fun loving working professionals as well as college and high school-aged students who truly love working with children. Each has prior experience working with children and they are all CPR and First Aid certified as well as CORI and SORI checked. In addition, our coaches go through an extensive training program prior to starting as a counselor with us, ensuring they are prepared to work in a camp setting. Many of our counselors are veteran staff members who are returning for another amazing summer at Teamworks! Others are in their first summer but have found success working as clinic or birthday party staff during the Fall, Winter, and Spring months.
