Notes regarding time
This event is weather permittingDescription
Cary Library hosts outside (weather permitting) socially distanced Halloween themed storytime and dance party! Wear your costumes and bring your blankets for some not too scary Halloween and dance fun!
Please note the following:
- In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled. Please check the calendar before coming down if it is raining.
- Masks are required for those over 2 years of age. Please note: a costume mask is not a substitute for a face mask. To protect yourself and others, ensure that you are wearing a protective face mask instead of, or in addition to, a costume mask.
- Please respect social distancing and place your blankets 6 ft away from other families - we'll have a speaker system so everyone can hear the stories!
- No food is allowed.
- The library kindly ask that you refrain from attending if you feel unwell, you have tested positive for COVID-19, you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or you have traveled to or from a state that is not classified as lower risk within the last 14 days.
- To abide by the restrictions on the number of people able to gather in person, registration is required. Please indicate the number of people in your party (including adults and children) who will be attending so that they will have an accurate number. If your number changes, or your plans change, please call the Children's Room so that we can allow people off the waiting list to attend. Please note: if they are fully registered they will not be able to increase your registration number, please plan accordingly.
