The Concord Free Public Library is hosting the 7th annual Scarecrow Festival on October 11 - 31. Gather your family! Visit the Main Library's front lawn and the Fowler Library’s lawn to enjoy all the creative scarecrows made by local organizations! This year’s participants include: Appleton Design Group, Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, Concord Family Network, Concord Rec, Joy Street life + home, West Concord Green Thumbs, and more organizations to come!
