From the library:
Join us on Saturday, October 14th from 1-3pm for Haunted Gingerbread House Decorating at the Library! We will provide everything you need to construct a delicious spooky haunted house. Due to popularity, please reserve your spot by registering for this event.
Completed haunted gingerbread houses may be submitted to the Acton Memorial Library Haunted Gingerbread House Contest! Winners will be awarded with prizes in Adult, Teen and Children’s categories.
Enter the contest by filling out our Google Form:

All entries must include:
- A photo of your haunted gingerbread house
- Entrant’s name
- Phone number and/or email address
- Age category: Children’s (0-11), Teen (12-18), Adult (19+)
This event is funded by the Acton Memorial Library Foundation.
Important dates:
October 14th: Attend our Haunted Gingerbread House Decorating event and take a photo of your completed house! (You can also enter the contest by building your own haunted gingerbread house at home!)
October 17th: Last day to submit a photo entry with entrants' name, phone/email, and age category to the contest: forms.gle/YYSne3QLXTQx9kYn9
October 18th - October 31st: Vote on the Acton Memorial Library Instagram page @actonlibrary
November 1st: Winners announced in Adult, Teen, and Children’s categories!
