Description
Celebrate the 4th of July at Nara Park in Acton. Round trip bus shuttle service from Nagog Park Drive to NARA from 5:00-11:00 pm. Food Vendors open 7:00 p.m.
Activities:
- Concert featuring Best Friends Girl (#1 Cars Tribute Band) at 7:30 pm
- Fireworks by Pyrotechnico at 9:30 pm (Can be viewed from anywhere in the park.)
- Food vendors from 5:30-9:15 pm, Picnic Pavilion Area
PARKING: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: PARKING IS OFF-SITE (EXCLUDING HANDICAP) AT BUSINESSES ALONG NAGOG PARK DRIVE IN ACTON. FREE - DESIGNATED SHUTTLE BUSES WILL STOP ALONG NAGOG DRIVE BEGINNING AT 5 PM UNTIL THE PARK HAS CLEARED AFTER THE FIREWORKS. SHUTTLE BUSES WILL PICK UP THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE TRANSPORTED TO AND FROM THEIR VEHICLE - THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. SHUTTLE SERVICE BEGINS AT 5 P.M.
NOT REQUIRED - BUT ENCOURAGED -- PLEASE PRE-REGISTER ON EVENTBRITE (NO COST) IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. You do not need to bring a print-out or show your eventbrite registration. If in the event of a cancellation or urgent update we can notify you easliy. ALL PRE-REGISTRANTS TO THIS EVENT WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS TO A CONCERT OF YOUR CHOICE FOR THE 2024 NARA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES. WINNER MUST BE PRESENT AT EVENT AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT BAND INTERMISSION. FOOD VENDORS: There will be assorted food vendors onsite with an array of options from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. offering grilled and fried foods to ice cream and soft drinks. Some vendors may accept credit cards, however, some may not.
