Description
Concord’s annual Patriots Day Parade marks the 250th anniversary of the Concord Fight and the beginning of the American Revolution. The parade will feature participants representing military, musical and patriotic groups from across New England. The parade begins on Thoreau Street at 8:30 AM and proceeds through Concord Center to the Old North Bridge where a brief ceremony (approx 9:00 AM) commemorates the events and soldiers of April 19, 1775. The parade returns through Concord Center by way of Monument Street and Main Street at approximately 10:15 am where each unit is officially acknowledged at reviewing stand on Main Street and Keyes Road.
